ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the Impugned Building approval order dated 02.05.2013 in Va.No.2 on the file of the 1st respondent herein.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit for partition, in respect of the subject matter, has already been dismissed in O.S.No.134/2010 dated 31.07.2018 before the Sub Court, Nilgiris. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
