Considering the income derived from the Trust properties, learned AG and OT fairly submitted that a sum of Rs.70,000/- may be fixed as family maintenance allowance in the application.

Therefore, the learned AG & OT is directed to enhance the family maintenance allowance from Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand only) with effect from the date of the application ie., 06.03.2023.
