This writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 03.12.2016 made by the petitioner for shifting the service connection in SC No.080 77008 247 from S.No.733/1 to petitioner new vacant land in S.No.733/2 at Midigarapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

The petitioner made a representation dated 03.12.2016, seeking shifting of the service connection in SC No.080 77008 247 from Survey No.733/1 to Survey No.733/2. On its non consideration, the present Writ petition is filed. 2.Heard Mr.T.Sundaravadanam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Varun Kumar learned counsel appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, respondents two and three, as the case may be, are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2016 , within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
