This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 17.11.2015 made in W.P.No.36572 of 2015.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order of this Court dated 17.11.2015 made in W.P.No.36572 of 2015 has been implemented and the terminal benefits due to the contempt petitioner have already been settled.
