Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant the following benefits to the petitioner by considering petitioner's several representation and also mentioned in the legal notice dated 04.10.2014 (i) the Special Grade pay as per proceedings Na.Ka.No.nil/A3/2013 dated 09.2013 since the petitioner has completed 20 years of service (ii) Yearly increment for the year 2014 (iii) surrender of 15 days Earned leave (iv) ASTPF - part final loan for his medical treatment (v) to treat the leave period from 01.08.2014 to 26.08.2014 as medical leave which has been treated as earned leave.
