ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned punishment order of stoppage of six months increment without cumulative effect, dated 03.07.2018 passed by the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that, the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the impugned order dated 03.07.2018 before the appellate authority and final order has also been passed, dismissing the appeal, by the Director of Agriculture, vide order dated on 09.01.2020. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also placed the above said order.

3. Inview of the above submission and also final order passed by the appellate authority, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
