The petitioner seeks to direct the 1st respondent to consider her representation dated 13.04.2015.
2. The petitioner is a Burma repatriate and now working as Superintendent at the office of the Police Recruit School, Avadi at Police Training College, Ashok Nagar, Chennai-600 083. According to the petitioner, the other Burma repatriates, who were similarly situated were given regularisation by G.O.(Ms.)No.172 Home (Police-5) Department dated 18.03.2013.
3. Now, the petitioner seeks the similar treatment given to her co-employees, who are governed by G.O.(Ms.).No.172 Home (Police-5) Department dated 18.03.2013. In this regard, the petitioner made representations dated 29.04.2014 to the 2nd respondent and dated 13.04.2015 to the first respondent seeking to extend the service benefit given to her co-employees by way of G.O., dated 18.03.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
In proof of sending the said representation, postal acknowledgement was also enclosed in the typed set of papers.
4. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 13.04.2015 in the light of G.O.172 referred to above, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
