These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed appellants 1 to 4 herein as legal representatives of sole appellant.

2. Ms.Shase, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending appeal, the sole appellant died on 12.01.2018. Hence, he has filed the above petitions to bring his legal heirs on record.

3. Mr.P.Valliappan, learned senior counsel for respondents appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing the above petitions.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, these petitions are allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the sole appellant are impleaded as appellants 1 to 4 in the above Appeal Suits. 21.06.2023 rpp Note.
