J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the plaintiffs as well as the learned counsel for the defendant, have submitted that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties in the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Mediation Centre has produced Mediation report dated 10.07.2023, enclosing the memorandum of compromise filed by both parties.

2. In view of the above, the Original Testamentary Suit is decreed in terms of the memorandum of compromise and the same shall form part of the decree. Registry is directed to refund the court fee to the 6th plaintiff and the learned counsel for sole defendant who filed counter claim, as per rule. No costs. Consequently, the connected applications are closed if any.
