The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2011 and consequently, direct them on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

payment to allot the earmarked temple land R-10, 4th Main Road, TNHB, Phase I and II Ayapakkam, Chennai - 77 to the "Sarva Hindu Thirukoil Trust" Ayapakkam, Chennai - 77.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and therefore, this writ petition may be closed with liberty to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief.
