Heard Mr.S.C.Vishwanth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1, 6, 7 and 8 and Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel for second respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to cancel the patta issued in favour of respondents 2 to 4 based on the appeal petition dated 03.02.2014 and further to grant patta in favour of the petitioner.

Since already orders have been passed and patta has been cancelled and the same has been challenged in W.P.No.29352 of 2014, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. It is open to the present writ petitioner to canvass all contentions in the other writ petition viz., W.P.No.29352 of 2014 where the present writ petitioner has been impleaded as second respondent.
