2. Originally, A.S.No.179 of 2023 was dismissed as withdrawn on 06.02.2025 based on the letter circulated by the learned counsel for the appellant to the Registry. Subsequently, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been taken out to set aside the order dated 06.02.2025 on the ground of amicable settlement between the parties.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the instant Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the order dated 06.02.2025 is hereby set aside.
