PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to order bearing No.10/15 dated 28.01.2015 of the 1st respondent and order bearing No.Ma.Aa.5.Va.thu.Na.Ka.No.R1/4993/2012 dated 22.08.2014 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to restore the increment and all other consequential benefits.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the orders of the respondents dated 22.08.2014 and 28.01.2015.

2. When this Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 11.09.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to-day ie on 13.09.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
