O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 29.11.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.Krishnasamy Chinnasamy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through a registered sale deed dated 17.11.2023. Based on the same, the petitioner submitted an OnLine application on 29.11.2024 seeking for patta. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the OnLine application submitted by the 2/4

petitioner on 29.11.2024 and the survey shall be conducted and the boundaries shall be demarcated based on the title document. This process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If, in case, there is any other rival claim, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
