This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the first respondent in proceedings No.TSEII/2/2010 dated 29.05.2013 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a settlement has been arrived between the petitioner and the private respondents. In view of the same, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition Page No.2 of 4
