ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the Impugned Order of the third respondent in Se.Mu.Anai No.A.Na.1 [1] / 50740/2019, dated 03.09.2021 and direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner as driver in the said department in the time scale of pay of Rs.19,500/-, 62,000/-, [Grade 8].

2. In the impugned Order, the appointment of the fourth and fifth respondents has been made subject to the result of the Writ Petition in W.P.No.15434 of 2021. Therefore, when the very appointment Order 2/4

has been made in the impugned Order is subject to the result of the Writ Petition which is pending before this Court, this Court is of the view that no relief can be given in this writ Petition.
