steps to serve the respondent by substituted service in one issue of "Makkal Kural Tamil Daily" in the petition bearing C.M.P.No.9267 of 2024 in A.S.No.54 of 2010.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
