Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to expeditiously dispose the proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.440/2021/A1, 13.09.2021 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to hand over the possession of the land along with house situated in No.48 and 49 in Maheswari Nagar, 3rd Street, Peelamedu, Coimbatore to the petitioner within a stipulated time.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to expeditiously dispose the proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.440/2021/A1, dated 13.09.2021 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to hand over the possession of the land along with house situated in No.48 and 49 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Maheswari Nagar, 3rd Street, Peelamedu, Coimbatore to the petitioner, within a stipulated time.

2. Heard Ms.Gayathri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, final orders have been passed in the impugned proceedings on 28.04.2022 therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. The final order dated 28.04.2022 passed by the second respondent is also placed before this Court by the learned Government Advocate. As seen from the final order, the same has also been communicated to the petitioner. A copy of the same has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court, today by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. After recording the fact that final orders have been passed subsequent to the impugned proceedings, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
