ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to take steps to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, FTC at Magisterial Level, Thiruvannamalai in C.C.No.39 of 2020 pursuant to the conviction and sentence of the accused person for offence under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the judgment was passed on 07.12.2023 and the non-bailable warrant has also been dispatched to the police on 19.12.2023.
3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the Court below and secure the accused person and produce before the concerned Magistrate Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction. 28.02.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order ssr
