This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.819 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of the Inspector of Police, Nandhambakkam Police Station, Chennai District. 1/4

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in this case is completed. Final report is filed as "Mistake of Fact" on 07.03.2023. Referred charge sheet notice was also served on the petitioner. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed giving liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
