The above Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a direction to the District Consumer Commission, Tiruppur to entertain the Review SR.No.261/2024 in RBT/CC/39/2024.

2. A perusal of the original review application would show that the same has been returned with the following endorsement:- " The objection raised in the review petition is a matter for an appeal. Only the clerical errors will be reviewed as per Section 40 of CPA, 2019. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, he is entitled to prefer an appeal. Hence, this review petition is returned."

3. The petitioners, without answering the return and representing the papers, has rushed to this Court. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, directing the petitioners to represent the review before the District Consumer Commission, Tiruppur. In case, the District Consumer Commission is not convinced with the representation made by the petitioners, they shall hear the petitioners 2/4

and pass a speaking order. No costs.
