(CRIME NO.1042 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court by an order dated 20.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19302 of 2021 directing the Petitioners to report before respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SYED ALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19302 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition and the respondent police has also completed the investigation.
