ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass these petitioners in connection with Crime No.452 of 2017, pending on the file of Respondent Police.
2. The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 and A3 in Crime No.452 of 2017 for the alleged offence under Sections 465, 468, 471, 447, 489 and 506(i) of IPC, on the file of the respondent Police.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that under the guise of enquiry, the respondent police harassed the petitioners to cancel the document. It is seen that the first petitioner, who executed the documents, which they have executed in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.704/1C2. It is also seen that their remand was rejected and subsequently they are executed the bond. They also executed a bond and they have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
no apprehension of arrest by the respondent police. Therefore, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry.
4.The respondent police is also directed not to harass in any manner of compelling to cancel the documents executed by them. However, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.452 of 2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
