When the matter was taken up, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with. While clarifying the position, he would submit that Mr.S.Kalyanaraman, Tmt. N.Saranya, who were appointed on 12.02.2009 and 16.03.2009 respectively will be paid with the salary from the date of their appointment. Although Selvi T.Anu Bharathi was appointed on 01.02.2010, she is entitled to get salary only with effect from the date of sanction of the post namely on 28.10.2010. With regard to Tmt.U.Suganya, as Mr.S.Kalyanaraman was promoted to the post of Headmaster with effect from 01.10.2012 although she was appointed on 31.12.2011, she is entitled to get salary with effect from 01.10.2012.

2. Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, the Contempt Petition stands closed, as nothing survives for adjudication. However, the salary of the aforesaid teachers shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
