ORDER
The prayer in the Writ Petition is for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation/letter, dated 23.02.2015. 2.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government pleader for respondents. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

It is seen from page No.22 of typed set of documents, annexed along with this Petition that the petitioner's representation has been considered by the Revenue Divisional Officer, and he has issued directions to the Tahsildar, second respondent herein to take appropriate action in the matter, vide proceedings, dated 02.03.2015, bearing Oh.Mu.A4/1258/2015.

In the light of the same, there shall be direction to the second respondent/Tahsildar to comply with the direction issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, vide proceedings, dated 02.03.2015, by enquiring the matter and submit a report to the RDO within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the RDO is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks thereafter. 5.
With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
