JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R. SUBBIAH,J.) On 17.08.2017, when the appeal was taken up for hearing in the morning at 10.30am, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the appeal was passed over to be taken at 12.30pm. Even at 12.30pm, there was no representation for the appellant. Therefore, the matter was again passed over for hearing at 2.30pm. When the appeal was taken up at 2.30pm, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, it was directed to be posted on 21.08.2017.
