This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.229 of 2018 from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 2nd respondent or any other investigation agency.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.229 of 2018 was completed and now, charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.798 of 2018.
