ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to restore the Writ Petition which was dismissed for default on 29.11.2018.

2. It can be seen that the petitioner was working as Gurukkal. On charges he was suspended. He preferred a revision. Revision was also dismissed. Challenging the suspension and revision order, he filed the Writ Petition. The said Writ Petition was dismissed for default and hence the petition for restoration is filed.

3. Now, pending the miscellaneous petition, it is reported that the

petitioner has passed away. Since the petitioner has passed away, and the impugned order pertains to the suspension, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this Writ Miscellaneous Petition. Therefore, the petition is dismissed as having become abated.
