This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the Cause Title in respect of the address of the 2nd respondent as P.Suresh, No.157 Kamatchi Amman Koil Street, Puducherry-1, instead of P.Suresh, No.3/32, East Street Enathimangalam Thiruvannainallur Taluk Villupuram District in Crl.O.P.No.3374 of 2023 and in Crl.M.P.No.2077 of 2023 and thus render justice.

2. Having satisfied with the reason stated by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. Accordingly, Crl.M.P.No.3239 of 2023 is allowed.
