relating to the Charge Memorandum No. V-15014/ChPT/MAJOR-01/RCS/ Disc/2014/1355, dated 27.02.2014 and the Impugned Final Order No. V15014/ChPT/MAJOR-01/RCS/Disc/2014/1625, dated 03.07.2014 passed by the fourth respondent and the Impugned Appellate Order No. V-11014(1)/30/ Appeal/Disc/ SZ/14/946, dated 29.11.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent and the Impugned Revisional Order No. V-15014/L&R/SS/ Rev/RS/2015-5189, dated 07.05.2015 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and to direct the respondents to restore the position of the petitioner as on 03.07.2014 and to give him all consequential benefits and to impose exemplary costs upon the second, third and fourth respondents for causing disrepute, social stigma, personal insult, mental agony and financial hardship to the petitioner.

When the matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 15.10.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. In the

circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
