A.No.1177 of 2020 in C.S.No.590 of 2002 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., This application is filed seeking permission to filed the Original Fixed Deposit Receipts, Term Deposit Receipts and Pass Books of the Applicant/Defendant to enable her to get payment out of moneys as per the earlier order dated 12.01.2018.

2.It is the contention of Ms.Vasundhara Thiagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, that as the original Fixed Deposit Receipts, Term Deposit Receipts and Pass Books were not available in the Registry, the applicant could not get the amount. Therefore, she seeks permission to deposit the same in the Registry.

3.Mr.V.Anil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.

4.Accordingly, the application is allowed as prayed for. The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to deposit the original Fixed Deposit receipts, term deposit receipts and pass books before the Registrar General, High Court, Madras and necessary endorsement may be made on the deposits and thereafter the same may be handed over to the counsel on record.
