C.M.P.No.4255 of 2025 C.M.P.No.4255, 4256 and 4257 of 2025 in CRP No.2126 of 2022 P.B. BALAJI, J., These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 489 days in filing the application to set-aside the order of abatement caused due to the demise of the first respondent, to set-aside the order of the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent. 3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petitions. In any event having satisfied myself with regard to the explanation offered for not taking out the application in time, I am inclined to allow these petitions. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

13.06.2025 Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of CRP No.2126 of 2022 and list the same on 20.06.2025.
