Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. upto 15.03.2022 by order dated 04.02.2022 in Crl.OP.1254/2022 in Crime No.13/2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Nagapattinam District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.K.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1254 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., upto 15.03.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that investigation is yet to be completed.

4. This Court finds no merit in this petition and hence, the petition for relaxation is dismissed.
