Crl.M.P.No.5752 of 2024 Crl.M.P.No.5752 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.15332 of 2023 VIVEK KUMAR SINGH, J., This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking a further period of three months time for getting sanction under Section 19 of Prevention of Corruption Act for Laying Charge Sheet as per the order dated 10.11.2023 made in Crl.MP.No.17929 of 2023 in Crl.OP.NO.15332 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file on 27.02.2024 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore vide SC.No.03/2024. Therefore, the prayer sought by the petitioner before this Court through this miscellaneous petition has become infrucutous.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
