WMP.No.3323 of 2018 in WP.No.1546 of 2010 WMP.No.3323 of 2018 in WP.No.1546 of 2010 SUBRAMONIUM PRASAD.J., The instant Writ petition challenges the order dated 02.02.2009 passed by the 2nd respondent/Deputy Inspector General of Police and confirmed by the 1st respondent order dated 01.12.2009.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner viz., B.Venkatesan passed away, pending the writ petition and that his wife viz., V.Mahalakshmi would continue with the proceedings and she has also filed an instant application for substituting herself as a legal representative under the place of B.Venkatesan.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection. Hence, the instant application is ordered as prayed for.
