The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the tender notification issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A5/201/2011 dated 09.02.2011 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to give the contract https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

works relating to the maintenance of the public convenience (Toilet) situated at bus stand, Ulundurpet to the team partnership of the petitioners for the subsequent periods i.e. 2011-2012 to 2013-2014.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.11.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 20.11.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Even today (20.11.208), when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the Writ Petitioner. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
