2. Heard Mr.S.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the appellants and Mr.S.Mukunth, learned counsel appearing for M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates, for the respondents in CMP 4502 of 2020 and respondents 1 and 3 in CMP 4493 of 2020.
Despite service, none appears for the second respondent in CMP 4493 of 2020.
3. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these petitions are allowed, the delay of 74 days in filing the Appeals are condoned.
