ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action in respect of petitioner's complaint dated 27.05.2019 in CSR.No.236/2019.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, C.SR.No.236/2019 was issued and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 22.02.2020.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to closure of the petitioner's complaint.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

5. The second respondent is directed to send an intimation to the petitioner with regard to the closure of the complaint by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
