Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement on the bundle "Suit in O.S.No.405 of 2018 before the Subordinate Judge, Palladam, has been decreed as per the settlement arrived at between the parties on 03.01.2023" to that effect.

2. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
