Since Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has not been able to show any statutory provision under which the Mercy Petition dated 20.10.2021 has been made to the Second Respondent, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 21.04.2021 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

R.C. No. 865341/AP2(2)/2020 passed by the Second Respondent before the proper forum and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
