This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.08.2019 impounded in CSR No.602/2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as against the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.63 of 2020 for the offences under Section 294, 420 and 506(i) of IPC as against the accused. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
