This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Trial Judge, vide judgment dated 28.12.2022 passed in Spl.S.C.No.120/2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
