The petitioner, who apprehends arrest in crime number not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that current paper enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks and further the petitioner shall not be arrested till the completion of enquiry, provided that the petitioner cooperates for the enquiry without any deviation.
