2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the certified copy of the F.I.R. in Crime No.8 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022 on the file of the first respondent Police.
