ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce petitioner's daughter Dhatchayini, D/o. Jaisankar, aged about 18 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. The detenue is a major and she has married one Ajith Kumar. The marriage has been duly registered as could be seen from the Marriage

Certificate, dated 28.02.2019. We have referred the matter to the mediation. It appears that the mediation failed.

3. In such view of the matter, we are closing this Habeas Corpus Petition as the detenue is admittedly a major and is married.
