This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case based on his complaint dated 05.06.2015 and proceed further in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that according to the petitioner, a complaint dated 05.06.2015 was sent by post to the first respondent-Police and no action was taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the second respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
