O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection on the basis of petitioner's representations in C.S.R.No.171 of 2018, dated 17.05.2018, 04.10.2018, 08.11.2018, 05.12.2018 and subsequent representation to the 1st petitioner dated 30.01.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen from the records that the dispute is between the petitioner and a private person, on the allegation that the petitioner owe him to the tune of Rs.5,89,952 and that the petitioner has cheated him. For an issue of this nature, the Police protection cannot be granted by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
