2.It is stated that the affidavit containing the additional substantial questions of law had already been served on the learned counsel for the respondents.
3.Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can be permitted to raise additional substantial questions of law as stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition.
4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
5.Post the main Second Appeal itself for final hearing on 30.03.2022.
