O R D E R

This petition has been filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 10.02.2015 made in Crl.OP.No.1852 of 2015 has not been complied with.

2. The petitioners are accused in Crl.OP.No.1852 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2015. On 10.02.2015, this Court passed the following order:

"... 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent police to file final report in connection with the case in Cr.No.906 of 2013, on or before 31.05.2015."

3. Today, when this petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that, investigation in Crime No.906 of 2013 was completed and Closure Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi on 20.09.2015, after serving RCS notice on the de facto complainant.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly closed.
