2. It is stated that the debtor in A.No. 162 of 2016 in I.P.No. 25 of 2014 had filed SLP (C) No. 4094 of 2023 before the Supreme Court and the matter had come up on two separate occasions. Arguments were also advanced. It had been subsequently adjourned.

3. In the present application, the Official Assignee seeks payment of professional fees to Ms.V.Mohana, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of Rs.1,10,000/- and Mr.B.Ragunath, Advocate, for a sum of Rs.25,000/-. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
